For today's mani I used 3 colors and Essie Matte About You top coat on the center color Agro from China Glazes Hunger Games collection, and the sides are Pure Ice Kiss me Here, and China Glaze Sexy in the City.
How do you feel about matte polishes?
I love the combo. As to your question, I tend to think I like matte in general but sometimes it doesn't work with specific shades.
